Our team
Having manned kitchens from the Midwest, to New York City, and even to the reach of Hong Kong, owner Nicholas Kayser has experienced everything the globe has to offer from a culinary standpoint. In 2020, Nicholas decided to hang up the chef coat, and begin his own entrepreneurial journey in the hospitality industry. Founding Rooted Craft Kitchen with his counterpart, Scott Ericson, the two have created what is now Craft Kitchen Concepts. Brian Hardy is the Corporate Chef for Craft Kitchen Concepts. As our culinary officer, Brian Hardy authors the food and culinary operations for all of the CKC concepts. Having a background in food theory and former culinary instructorship, Brian is the brain that makes our kitchens work. The Director of Operations for Craft Kitchen Concepts, Luke Emerson brings an invaluable level of experience to the Corporate team, as well as a level of hospitality that serves as the benchmark of the company.
Our history
With our team here at Craft Kitchen Concepts, we have been around the world. We have collected inspiration from far and wide about culinary techniques, flavor profiles, and regionally specific foods that have influenced our professional journey, and provided us with the knowledge of combining these flavors to craft the highest quality of foods that Colorado can offer. We try and bring in global influence to all of the dishes that we produce and let the food speak for itself with our guests.
Our Concepts
Our nation wide concepts provide the same quality of sourced ingredients that we have stood by with our company vision from day one. Locally procured and sustainably sourced menu offerings are served in a culinary driven, and meticulously crafted delivery. We take pride in our food, and the people that provide it for us, and truly believe that the food that we serve, is an expression of who we are as people, and what we like to eat.
